How this guide treats Reddit, Trustpilot, YouTube, X, Discord, and forum reports as signals rather than proof.
The method
Community reports help identify repeated confusion, payout friction, and rule-change backlash. They do not prove firm behavior by themselves.
Evidence levels
- Topic mention only.
- User claim.
- User claim with screenshot.
- Dashboard, trade log, or email shown.
- Support transcript or firm response included.
- Resolved case or official acknowledgement.
How signals become pages
Recurring confusion can become a Rule Answer or Checklist item. A dispute should become a Case File only when the timeline, evidence level, official rule, and current applicability are clear.
